A Day In Our Live Emini Trading Room

Filmed On Location: The CFRN Virtual Trading Floor

What you are about to see is REEL. The names have not been changed to protect the innocent. There are no innocent. There is no Hollywood glamour and no Manhattan hedge fund fantasies. This is the gritty underside of the belly of the beast. These are the men and women who really make it happen, the longshoremen of Emini Futures Trading.

Believe what you will, the footage you are about to view is not for the weak at heart. We were reminded of the following earlier this week by one of our hosts:

There really is rubber.
There really is road.

Now this is my story and I'm sticking to it -

"When it comes to trading Emini Futures for a living,
this is where the rubber meets the road".

As you watch "Live Trading Room - The Movie", I want you to focus on 3 things:

Time Frame - We use one time frame to trade every market.
Indicators - We use only 2 proprietary indicators and a few trend lines.
Methodology - We use the same setup on every market.

We do not rely on chance, hope, or luck. We deal and think in probabilities.

When you go to Las Vegas, how does the Casino almost always end up taking your money? I'm not saying you never win a hand, I'm just saying that over the long haul, the Casino is the one making the big bucks, not Joe from Idaho.(sorry Joe)

Is the dealer more skilled than you? Perhaps, but it's not necessary. The answer is in the rules. The Casino has established a set of rules that put the odds in their favor. They lose plenty of single hands, but over time, they always come out on top.
