THANKSGIVING IS THIS THURSDAY!!!!

 

Perhaps it would do us all some healthful good, regardless of what else is going on, to take a bit of time apart from all of our more than quite busy schedules, and to pause and reflect (SELAH) with regard to what we do in fact really and genuinely have to be THANKFUL about...  (COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS, COUNT THEM ONE BY ONE...)

 

Do not believe that there is really any way that I even could improve upon or add to the following, so therefore I simply present it as it is...  The SCRIPTURE proclaims and instructs:

Anybody who knows Phil Driscoll or his heart, or his music, well knows his heart for the Lord --- do believe that Phil not only would be pleased but quite honored that we utilize the work of his hands and heart in carrying into realization the above SCRIPTURE and that he would never object to our employing what he has laid before The Lord who gave Phil his "giftings and callings" in the first place --- should for any reason that turn out to not be the case (which I incredibly highly doubt, and assign a ludicrously low probability regarding) then presenting this here is on me, and emphatically not on The Captain and/or Strike....

A Tribute To Those Who Served...

VETERANS DAY SUNDAY, 11 NOVEMBER 2012

 

It has already been written:  

"Veterans Day is an official United States holiday honoring armed service veterans. It is a federal holiday that is observed on November 11th. It coincides with other holidays such as Armistice Day or Remembrance Day, which are celebrated in other parts of the world and also mark the anniversary of the signing of the Armistice that ended World War I. (Major hostilities of World War I were formally ended at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918 with the German signing of the Armistice.)

Veterans Day is not to be confused with Memorial Day; Veterans Day celebrates the service of all U.S. military veterans, while Memorial Day is a day of remembering the men and women who died while serving.^[1]"

The American Heritage Dictionary of The English Language, Fourth Edition defines TRIBUTE:  n.  1. A gift, payment, declaration, or other acknowledgment of gratitude, respect, or admiration: put up a plaque as a tribute to his generosity.  2. Evidence attesting to some praiseworthy quality or characteristic: Winning the scholarship was a tribute to her hard work.  3. a. A payment in money or other valuables made by one ruler or nation to another in acknowledgment of submission or as the price of protection or security.   b. A tax imposed for such payment.  4. Any payment exacted for protection.  5. a. A payment or tax given by a feudal vassal to an overlord.  b. The obligation to make such a payment.

AS USED HEREIN --- SHOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO OFFER A DECLARATION AND ABSOLUTELY ALL OTHER APPROPRIATE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT(S) OF GRATITUDE, RESPECT, ADMIRATION, THANKS, THANKSGIVING, AND MOST DEFINITELY THANKFULNESS IN GENUINE APPRECIATION OF AND FOR ALL OF THOSE WHO HAVE RENDERED GENUINE SERVICE --- SPECIFICALLY ON THE ELEVENTH OF NOVEMBER TO THOSE WHO HAVE RENDERED SERVICE TO THE MILITARY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA --- AND TO THOSE FOLK WHO HAVE --- PLEASE HAVE A WONDERFUL AND MARVELOUS CELEBRATION --- NOT NEARLY ENOUGH, TOTALLY INADEQUATE I TRULY DO KNOW --- BUT GENUINELY HEARTFELT...  SO PLEASE DO...

For me, it is and it quite ought to be in my opinion difficult to not notice 3. 4. and 5. in the above definitions regarding TRIBUTE and to ponder, contemplate, consider, and comprehend why it is exactly that the United States of America and us, its citizens are not making those sorts of payments to overlords, foreign nations, dictators, barbarians at the gates and so forth --- LONG MAY IT EVER BE SO IN THIS NATION... AND LET US ALL PRAY AND DO OUR PART THAT IT MAY BE SO...

SO, AGAIN TO THOSE WHO HAVE SERVED A GENUINE AND HEARTFELT THANK YOU...

And certainly, let us not fail to properly and appropriately REMEMBER their spouses, familial members, children, and yea even friends, fellows, and comrades etc. who also in so many, many cases have fully shared and borne the sacrifice(s) of the service(s) rendered...  Mean that, I really do...

THANK YOU is just so really not enough --- from the service of those in Colonial Times, The French and Indian Wars, The Revolutionary War, The War of 1812, The Civil War, The Spanish American War, World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, The Gulf War, The Iraq War, The War in Afghanistan --- THANK YOU TO ALL OF THOSE WHO SERVED IN WHATEVER LOCATION AND IN WHATEVER TIME PERIOD AND IN WHATEVER CAPACITY, THANK YOU IS JUST SO, SO NOT ENOUGH...  and as we read through that list of tributes in the above definitions and consider the taxes and tributes that we are not paying (at least not yet) we might ponder, consider, contemplate why exactly that is --- and bestow some GENUINE AND IN MY OPINION APPROPRIATE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT(S) OF GRATITUDE, RESPECT, ADMIRATION, THANKS, THANKSGIVING, AND MOST DEFINITELY THANKFULNESS IN GENUINE APPRECIATION OF AND FOR ALL OF THOSE WHO HAVE RENDERED GENUINE SERVICE AND TO ALL OF THOSE WHO HAVE SHARED IN AND BORNE WITH REGARDING THAT SERVICE AND THOSE SACRIFICES --- mean that, I really do...

From Valley Forge to Hill 937 to those Disembarking Higgins Boats (LCVPs) at Omaha Beach to "The Red Tails" (The Tuskegee Airmen) to... to... to... to... You know, really, words just fail...  How was it that Winston Churchill put it, Never was so much owed by so many to so few ...

The "CAPTAIN" (DEWAYNE REEVES) served; "STRIKE" (Michael B.) served --- GENTLEMEN, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE, YOUR COUNTRY AND ITS CITIZENS (well, at least some of them anyway) SAY THANK YOU --- AND IT IS HEARTFELT... Mean that, I really do...  And so do a whole bunch more honorable folk, yeah they're out there, they really are...

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO ALL OF THOSE WHO HAVE SERVED AND TO ALL OF THOSE THAT HAVE BORNE WITH THEM REGARDING THE SACRIFICE(S) OF THAT SERVICE --- THANK YOU...

A TRIBUTE:

 

Well, specifically, technically, VETERANS DAY, 11 NOVEMBER is for those who have served in the Armed Services --- The Captain (DeWayne) and Strike (Michael B) both have --- and if that we think about it, we the citizens of this still GREAT NATION, The United States of America (even if we too have also served, or if that we have not; don't figure anybody ought be left out of/on this) have much, much to consider, contemplate, meditate, muse regarding, and otherwise think about with reference to Declarations and Appropriate Acknowledgements of Gratitude, Respect, Admiration, Thanks, Thanksgiving and Most Definitely Thankfulness in Genuine Appreciation of...

 

As I think about it, it seems to me that The Captain and Strike are still serving...  Me, I get to witness this every day, Monday through Friday...  Technically not perhaps in the Armed Services of The United States of America, but whenever anybody of merit speaks regarding This Great Nation, and This Great Country, and speaks regarding The Greatness of It, it generally is that usually the Speaker specifies the Noteworthy and Praiseworthy Beliefs, Values, Principles, Precepts, Ideals, Freedoms, Rights, Privileges... that our Great Nation was built upon, that it has stood for, and that it still stands for, and we pray that it will continue to stand for --- and service to our great country and it's military or otherwise is usually in one way or another interpreted as service to, and accoladed for ---  that...  FAIR ENOUGH, SO BE IT, ALL THAT YOU CAN SAY AND THINK OF LAUDATORY AND SO MUCH THE MORE --- already said that words for these things are just so inadequate...  ALL THAT IS NOTEWORTHY, ALL THAT IS PRAISEWORTHY, ALL THAT IS LAUDATORY, AND SO MUCH THE MORE...  ONE NATION UNDER GOD EMPLOYING, ENGAGING, STANDING FOR , PROTECTING AND --- "STEWARDING" AND "SAFEGUARDING" REALLY --- THE PRINCIPLES AND PRECEPTS OF JUSTICE, JUDGEMENT, EQUITY, FAITH, AND MERCY --- GOD'S VERY OWN PRINCIPLES AND PRECEPTS AND IDEALS AND...  and no doubt about it our Armed Services have been instrumental in maintaining the continuation of those beliefs, values, principles, precepts, ideals, freedoms, rights, privileges...  and when that we say THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE AND GENUINELY MEAN IT --- I think that those things are what we are genuinely thanking folk for serving...  And, in my view/opinion all that is NOTEWORTHY AND PRAISEWORTHY AND LAUDABLE AND TRULY GREAT ABOUT OUR NATION AND OUR COUNTRY LITERALLY AND FIGURATIVELY DERIVES FROM GOD AND SINCE THAT WE DERIVE ALL OF THOSE PRINCIPLES AND PRECEPTS AND IDEALS AND SO MUCH THE MORE FROM GOD --- THAT WOULD MAKE US ONE NATION UNDER GOD AND THAT IS REALLY OUR GREATNESS ISN'T IT --- WHERE THAT WE ARE IN ALIGNMENT AND HARMONY WITH GOD AND HIS WAYS OF DOING AND BEING, HIS PRINCIPLES, HIS PRECEPTS, HIS IDEALS, HIS TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH, AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH, SO HELP US...  THAT IS --- where else are you going to get the principles of fairness and justice from --- politicians????  Where else do you derive "We Hold These Truths To Be Self Evident... " from --- monarchies????  Maybe we properly ought stop and think --- SELAH!!!!

 

SELAH:

• Selah (Hebrew: סֶלָה‎, also transliterated as selāh) is a word used 74 times in the Hebrew Bible – 71 times in the Psalms and 3 times in Habakkuk – and is a difficult concept to translate. (It should not be confused with the Hebrew word sela‘ (Hebrew: סֶלַע‎) which means "rock.") Well if our country is Great, and it is; and our nation is Great, and it is; because that which it stands for and upholds is Great, and it is; and service to all of that which is Great, is noteworthy and worthy of recognition and praise, and it is; is it then reasonable to take it all to the greater levels and to consider, contemplate, meditate, muse regarding, and otherwise think about and to ponder, HOW GREAT IS THE KINGDOM OF GOD --- AND HOW GREAT IS THE KING OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD --- AND HOW GREAT IS THE GOD OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD ---  AND HOW GREAT ARE THE WAYS OF DOING AND BEING, THAT IS THE PRINCIPLES AND PRECEPTS AND IDEALS AND SO MUCH THE MORE OF THE GOD OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD --- which is where and from WHOM everything that makes this NATION Great and what it stands for Great and provides its citizens Great and the whole rest of the world quite literally benefits from greatly --- comes from --- IF ALL THAT IS GREAT ABOUT ALL OF IT DERIVES FROM GOD --- THEN WE REALLY DO WANT TO BE ONE NATION UNDER GOD --- DON'T WE --- COME ON --- THINK ABOUT IT...  REALLY...  SELAH...  COME ON, SING WITH ME...  COME ON...  COME SING WITH ME...

Without any question, shadow, or doubt whatsoever in my mind, those who have served in The Armed Forces of The United States of America with regard to upholding, protecting and defending all of those "things" aforementioned and all of those that have shared in the sacrifice(s) and borne the burden(s) with them are far, far, more than worthy of our appreciation, praise and recognition.  Nonetheless, the United States Military operates primarily in the temporal realm as the "enforcement arm" if that you will, and by their own admission enforce and execute "The Policies" of our elected officials (oft referred to by the upper echelon of the military as "The Suits") that is, "The Suits" make (legislate) Policy and then where applicable the military and its personnel enforce and execute that/those Policy/Policies...  (the same is also true to one degree or another of our Law Enforcement Departments throughout the land and the judicial system as a whole, or at least it is supposed to be that way)...  That ought bring home the importance of our elections and the importance of what our elected officials believe, value, hold as Principles, Precepts, Ideals, Ways of Doing and Being if that you will, et al...  So all that can and should be said with regard to those who have served and all of those that have shared with them in the burden(s) and sacrifice(s) of that service --- all of that and more really is only fair, right, and appropriate...

  

Nonetheless, at least in my view and opinion, there most definitely are greater, far greater in my view, realms and dimensions to appropriately be considered...  I honestly cannot FOR THE LIFE THAT IS IN ME come up with any good, cogent, compelling reason whatsoever to limit any of this at all merely to the temporal realm.  If that you sit for a reasonable while on the proverbial park bench and think it through with some appropriate degree of probity ---seems to me that the ultimate conclusion becomes more than obvious that what is GREAT about our Nation, our Country, our System of Government, etc. is really THE PRINCIPLES AND PRECEPTS AND IDEALS, THAT IS, THE WAYS OF DOING AND BEING (INCLUDING JUDGEMENT, JUSTICE, EQUITY, FAITH AND MERCY) that REALLY, REALLY have been derived over time FROM OUR GOD!!!!  So, I honestly cannot FOR THE LIFE THAT IS IN ME come up with any good reason whatsoever to limit any of this to the temporal or to not GIVE/OFFER A DECLARATION AND ABSOLUTELY ALL OTHER APPROPRIATE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT(S) OF GRATITUDE, RESPECT, ADMIRATION, THANKS, THANKSGIVING, AND MOST DEFINITELY THANKFULNESS IN GENUINE APPRECIATION OF AND FOR ALL THAT HAS BEEN MADE AVAILABLE TO US AND QUITE LITERALLY HAS BEEN BESTOWED UPON US AND ENTRUSTED TO US --- BY OUR GOD --- HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD --- FATHER, SON, AND HOLY SPIRIT --- That is my honest opinion, view, thinking and belief...  SELAH...

  

Said above, "As I think about it, it seems to me that The Captain and Strike are still serving... Me, I get to witness this every day, Monday through Friday..."  This is true, this is so.  Recently, on the CFRN.NET Live Radio Broadcast The Captain went into what I for one considered to be reasonably great length and breadth and depth with regard to the whole process involved in naming what I consider to be this great (I'll go so far as to say God's Very Own, at least so far) venture and adventure, THAT IS THIS, THE CHRISTIAN FINANCIAL RADIO NETWORK and exposited with clarity why that it was not named The Financial Christian Radio Network, or The Radio Network of Financial Christians, or The Network of Financial Christians on Radio and so forth...  The Captain did indeed exposit at least some of all that was involved in the naming of, and it was a reasonably extensive exposition...  Obviously was more than quite evident that a ton of Prayer, Seeking God, Thought, Consideration, and quite probably at least one or more than one God-Seeking, Bible-Believing, God-Knowing Grandma, and so much more was involved in the process...  Well, why bore us with all of that one might ask, we want to know whether to be long, short, or flat the S&P, the Emini, and...  Well, for those that have read The Book of Genesis, you know that all seed produces after its own kind because that is the way that God in the beginning engineered the system and that is why that WE NAME OUR BUSINESSES, CHURCHES, ENTERPRISES, etc. et al. so that they can produce after their own kind --- in other words, you have to name the seed, you did that with your own children, didn't you...  (If you have children, if you are gonna have children, it is highly probable [trader talk] that you will name them...)

  

And, since it is my firm opinion and belief and point of view and perspective that everything that is TRULY GREAT regarding everything aforementioned in this writing is CONCEPTUALLY, FIGURATIVELY, AND INDEED QUITE LITERALLY, DERIVED FROM GOD --- FATHER, SON, AND HOLY SPIRIT --- HIS WAYS OF DOING AND BEING --- HIS PRINCIPLES AND PRECEPTS AND IDEALS (INCLUDING JUDGEMENT, JUSTICE, EQUITY, FAITH AND MERCY) --- AND THAT THIS IS FROM WHERE AND FROM WHOM THE (AND ALL) GENUINE AND TRUE GREATNESS DERIVES --- imagine if you will THE GENUINE SHOCK AND AWE (to borrow a Rumsfeld phrase; actually more appropriately attributed to Ullman and Wade circa 1996, but Rumsfeld did make it famous) quite literally that ENGULFED me when that I stumbled over this in BROTHER DEWAYNE'S "LETTERS TO THE ES ALONIANS" AKA (ALSO KNOWN AS) THE CFRN.NET BLOG which obviously BROTHER DEWAYNE writes pretty much on a daily basis, at least Monday through Friday (hey, according to The Bible, even a farm animal is supposed to get a Sabbath Rest) at any rate consider THE SHOCK AND AWE THAT QUITE LITERALLY ENGULFED me when that I stumbled across this in The Captain's penmanship (reprinted here virtually verbatim and quite hopefully with permission; this is from the CFRN.NET Blog Posting Dated 23 October, 2012 @ 10:36 P.M. Pacific Time --- and the 23rd of October By The Way is The Captain's Birthday --- so at least we all know what that he was doing on his birthday, or at least we think that we do... :-)

I stroked the stubble on my chinny-chin-chin, and quoted it verbatim:

THE SHOCK AND AWE THAT QUITE LITERALLY ENGULFED me when that after I had read that and it began to really sink in ---"YEP," that is entirely accurate and is entirely appropriate and is the entirely correct way to express --- THE SHOCK AND AWE THAT QUITE LITERALLY ENGULFED me when that after I had read that and it began to really sink in ---"YEP!!!!"   SELAH...

  

Have a really, really GOOD FRIEND that I am endeavoring to develop an even deeper and better RELATIONSHIP with on so many levels, one of those incredibly rare FRIENDS that you actually really, really can trust...  HIS SHORT NAME IS "THEO" and I am really working on developing one of those BFF relationships (Best Friends Forever) that you hear so much about in the world of tweet speak...  At any rate, we were recently discussing some issues of various sorts, doing some compare and contrast analysis with regard to what I believe to be THE GENUINE DIFFERENCE AND TRUE VALUE ADDED OF CFRN.NET, THAT IS, THE CHRISTIAN FINANCIAL RADIO NETWORK (with GREAT, GREAT, EMPHASIS ON THE WORD "CHRISTIAN" as exposited, illuminated, elucidated, and well explained by The Captain recently on The CFRN.NET Live Radio Broadcast) and the notions of GENUINE VALUE ADDED, INTEGRITY, TRANSPARENCY, INTELLECTUAL HONESTY, LENGTH, BREADTH, DEPTH AND HEIGHT (daily as regards markets, price, volume, candlesticks, trends, channels, Fibonacci numbers, pullbacks...) and so very, very much more...  Have some personal experience with quite more than a few of what holds themselves out be CFRN.NET's competitors/competition --- "THEO" and I were discussing what that after a while becomes obvious and easy to spot in my opinion and view (just one Ghost Rider's opinion of course, and I do believe "THEO's") sales gimmicks, psychological manipulation, emotional exploitation, whole-sale fear of not getting in on the "latest, greatest mousetrap, while the getting is good and before you're the last one on your block that did not get your piece of that particular mousetrap pie..." (yuck, what an unappetizing notion that, that truly is...) you know, the train left the station and you weren't on it but you can be now, just get out your credit card and in ten days or whatever you'll be ordering your new Beamer...  Well, as I said my GOOD FRIEND, "THEO" and I were discussing all of this and the notion came up, "They seem IN MY OPINION (CFRN's purported competitors/competition) to tread quite heavily in the sales and psychological and fear manipulation paths and put forth big huge amounts of big schtick..."  I expressed this to "THEO" fully expecting HIM to be impressed by my interpolation of the sayings of that other Theo brought to bear on the subject at hand --- that is, the competitors/competition in my opinion and view (you are more than welcome and invited and encouraged to do your own analysis, to have your own opinions and views, and to develop your own BFF Relationships...) that most of these, "Walk/tread very heavily in the psychological, sales, emotional, intimidation and manipulation departments while carrying and promoting very big schtick."  'THEO" informed me that I had actually misinterpreted the other Theo (Theodore Roosevelt) and actually had the quote wrong and that if that I was going to keep this up that maybe I should change my Nom De Plume from Ghost Rider to Rough Rider ("THEO" IS INCREDIBLY BRILLIANT, it gets downright embarrassing at times, it really does...) Huh, Duh, What????  Go look it up says "THEO."  Of course, guess WHO was correct, quite as usual:

Sometime in late August or early September I was going through The Captain's videos (Captain Video????) http://www.youtube.com/cfrn forty of em there at last count, and somewheres in there (I have reasonably extensive and copious notes and fully do plan on going back over all forty of these videos, and more --- If you want to know what CFRN.NET is all about and desire some reasonably extensive exposition regarding the philosophy or you just want to get to know CFRN.NET and evaluate whether or not that you think that you can trust them or are at all the least bit interested in having them mentor you in the world of trading futures ---THIS IS A GENUINELY GREAT PLACE TO START --- AND FOR FREE --- I know whereof I speak --- as I said, I went through all of these, took copious notes and plan on going through them all again if that I ever get done with this OPINION BLOG POSTING --- even if that you just want somebody to talk with --- go click on them, you will think that The Captain is talking with you, personally ... really...) and somewheres in there The Captain unabashedly states something to the effect that "If you're still watching these videos you're searching for something..."  Uh huh, well dear friend, dear reader, if you're still reading and following along in this OPINION BLOG POSTING you are definitely searching for something....

Might interest you to know that even though you have felt like/as you have been sitting still reading this OPINION BLOG POSTING quite literally forever that you have actually BEEN TRAVELING AT A RATE OF ABOUT/APPROXIMATELY eighteen and one half MILES PER SECOND (no, that's not a misprint or a misspelling) that is 18 1/2 miles per second, which anybody with an HP12C or other nifty such device can tell you is roughly Sixty-six thousand six hundred miles per hour (no, that is emphatically not a misprint or misspelling either) that is 66,600 miles per hour --- how does one do the math on that you ask --- well you Google the earth's annual sojourn around the sun in miles, you divide that by 365 1/4, then you divide that by 24 and then you divide that by 3600 and that gives you miles per second approximately 18 1/2 --- and there you were thinking that we were sitting still and wondering if this OPINION BLOG POSTING was going anywhere...  SELAH...  Well, everybody is going somewhere, where do you figure that you are going....

  

Vehicles --- Automobiles and Jeeps --- Well one needs a highway for those --- travel and motion --- IS THIS OPINION BLOG POSTING GOING ANYWHERE --- ARE WE GOING ANYWHERE --- hmmmnnnn...

Well, quite clearly it is at the very least the opinion and BELIEF of at least some of us that we VERY DEFINITELY are GOING SOMEPLACE...  HIGHWAY TO...  You know, not really at all unlike trading the markets as far as that I can tell --- you need to know THE BIG PICTURE (you know, look left on the charts, and at the bigger time frames) you need to know where the markets are now, that is THE CURRENT PICTURE (you know, that would be concurrent as price and the candles are printing right before your very own eyes) and YOU HAVE DEFINITELY GOT TO HAVE A VIEW ON WHERE IT IS ALL GOING AND WHAT THAT IT ALL MEANS OTHERWISE HOW WOULD YOU TAKE A POSITION (you know, look right, as far, far right as you can --- The Captain calls it "The Hard Right Edge," FAIR ENOUGH --- I call it "Master and Commander of The Far Right Hand Side of The Chart" [that's cause I'm young, naive, and easily impressionable; no just kidding...]) long, short, or flat????  Obviously you want to manage and hedge your risk... etc.  Hmmmnnnn, is that not quite like the world which was, the world which is, and the world which is to come --- and which pray tell is THE REAL BIG PICTURE --- INQUIRING MINDS DO INDEED WANT TO KNOW...

  

Highways to, Roads to, Vehicles, Jeeps...  I knew a man (in Christ) about/above fourteen years ago...   let's see that would have been circa 1998 ---"YEP," that is correct, well right in "the thick of it" as they say --- at any rate, this fellow at the time was an Itinerant Preacher/Teacher and Travelled the Roads and Highways and Byways (and By-The-Ways) extensively up and down the East Coast and the Central States of The United States of America in a Jeep Cherokee...  As the story goes, this guy would get out of meetings late and be unable to sleep or just preferred doing the driving in peculiar and wee hours of the night and pre-dawn morning while most folk were sleeping and the roadways were more open and less congested.  Said that he also thought that it was a great time to pray...  Had him a CB (Citizens Band Radio) and went by the CB Handle "The Road Runner..."  "Yep," this is a true story...   And, as the story goes, there were some pretty lively and not at all "churchy" conversations/discussions that occurred over Channel 19 (The Road Channel --- Gee whiz those channels are just about everywhere aren't they) between this Itinerant Preacher/Teacher and various and sundry truckers of various and sundry colorful natures and vocabularies --- got pretty wild at times, said he...  Well, one night the truckers were particularly rambunctious as the story was related and one trucker in particular says to this Itinerant Preacher/Teacher guy, "All right Preacher, tell me something I don't already know about Jesus" (Evidently, the trucker had had some very dissatisfactory experiences with church, churches, church folk and preachers in particular...)  As the story goes, this Itinerant Preacher/Teacher guy in a voice that was quiet and low transmits ---"Tell you one thing driver, whatever you do, don't get caught dead without HIM..."  True story... Channel 19 went absolutely silent --- "THE HOLY HUSH" as they say...

BURT --- "CAPTAIN," "STRIKE," --- Do believe that BURT well deserves more of a "RINGING ENDORSEMENT" than what He got from David today on The CFRN.NET Live Radio Program. As well intentioned and genuinely complimentary and as ENDORSING OF BURT as David was, David was not in the Live Trade room yesterday to personally "WITNESS" how absolutely "FLEET OF FOOT" and "NIMBLE" THAT BURT actually was picking up the charts and "TAKING THE HELM" totally "ON THE FLY" when that "STRIKE" lost power and you "CAPTAIN,"were not yet available. ALSO, my personal observation IS THAT BURT ALWAYS CONDUCTS HIMSELF AS THE CONSUMMATE GENTLEMAN!!!! IN ADDITION, BURT IS ABSOLUTELY ADEPT WITH REGARD TO "WHISTLING AT (as opposed to past) THE GRAVESTONES" (DOJIS that is ---Gravestone DOJIS --- he pointed them all out --- I call them "Dunkin DOJIS" because I think [and I could be wrong, I'm just learning this stuff] that they alert to the possibility of LOWER prices --- you know, like the doughnut about to be lowered into the coffee --- Ergo, "Dunkin DOJIS") In addition, other competitors/competition have "BELLS AND WHISTLES" but we've got "LINES AND WHISTLERS." I defy any of the competitors/competition to keep up with you "CAPTAIN," and "STRIKE," in the LINE DRAWING DEPARTMENT!!!! And BURT, HIS "WHISTLING" could quite easily become "HALLMARK" in my view/opinion... AND AS AN ADDED "KICKER" (was that something that Steve talked about yesterday afternoon????) BURT can actually WHISTLE the Mayberry, North Carolina THEME WHISTLE which I do believe has incredible VALUE ADDED with regard to TRADING PSYCHE and so forth... So, in my view/opinion, if that counts for anything, I'll take "LINES AND WHISTLERS" any day of the TRADING WEEK over Bells and Whistles ---especially if that the competitor/competition guy wearing the Bells is a "JOKER" or "COURT-JESTER," or if the Bells are those of a cash register ringing as they are taking money from the naive and unwary without providing the "promised value" in balance. For what it's worth there's my opinion and here's my opinion --- BURT DESERVES A "RINGING ENDORSEMENT!!!!" And since that "RINGING" term came up --- "CAPTAIN," could you do that "FOX HUNT" thing on your phone again... PLEASE!!!! AND A HEARTY "TALLY HO" FOR BURT --- hey, maybe Burt could get the "Mayberry WHISTLE THEME" as a ring tone for his phone --- what do you think???? :-) :-) :-) :-) Or maybe, the "Mayberry WHISTLE THEME" AND THE "FOX HUNT" THING as ring tones for his phone, THAT WOULD REALLY "SEAL THE DEAL" AND BE A TOTALLY ADDED BONUS --- NO OTHER FUTURES BROKER WOULD EVEN BE IN THE SAME UNIVERSE, NEVER MIND GALAXY... Can't let a little thing like as 90 + mph winds, trees literally splitting in the front of the house, one outside electrical service aerial hot lead going down (better fireworks than the Fourth of July), only half electricity in the house with extension cord obstacle courses everywhere to keep one on their toes, my neighbor bringing back pieces of my house that blew off (he was kind enough to store some pieces in his living room last night to keep them from fly, flying away) or any other of the little stuff and minor irritants that so easily tend to distract from the really important stuff in LIFE (the hurricane, well, it's like/as getting on a flight, you pray BEFORE that you board, it's a little late once you're at thirty or forty thousand feet --- "I'll worry about it when I get there," or "I'll worry about it when it gets here" --- high risk strategy for sure, in trading/investing or for that matter... Far, Far better to APPROPRIATELY PRAY BEFORE HAND AND TO NOT HAVE TO WORRY AT ALL IN MY OPINION --- Prai aiai ssse The Naa aa ame of Jeeee ssssu ssss!!!!  Lift our hands and...) SPENT A HUGE AMOUNT OF TIME IN PRAYER LAST WEEKEND (will detail all of that in a separate email OF INDETERMINATE LENGTH :-) --- AND YOU KNOW WHAT --- AM REALLY GLAD THAT I DID --- AND THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND ALL OF THE CFRN FAMILY PARTNERS, FRIENDS, friends, et al. FOR THEIR PRAYERS AS WELL --- DO BELIEVE THAT THERE IS MUCH, MUCH MORE TO BE BIRTHED VIS-A-VIS PRAYER IN THIS VENTURE AND ADVENTURE --- DO, I REALLY DO...  HOW DO YOU GUYS FIGURE????
