Phase 1

Strong unwavering conviction
Lots of research
Fulfilling set-up criteria

Phase 2

Trade moves in your favor
You are positive money
All seems to be going the right way
All criteria is still in play

Phase 3

The trade reverses in the wrong direction
It goes negative money
Gets closer to the stop

DANGER ZONE

Beware of the trader and what’s REALLY happening?
Reassess the positions criteria
Determine if staying in is appropriate or you should exit and re-enter
What caused the shift in direction
Exit if it’s just not working
Determine the “time” you usually stay in the trade

DON”T MOVE THE STOP
